Frequently asked Questions

You often reach this website through word of mouth or Google. The most efficient way is to fill in the contact form with your phone number. You can also send a WhatsApp message with your question.

We use a fixed rate for call-out costs, including up to half an hour of work. We work in 3 regions. For regions 2 and 3 there is a small surcharge. View our regions here.

We are usually on site within 1 week. Sometimes we can do it the same day if it is urgent.

As a rule, private individuals pay in cash. Companies receive an invoice.

No, we do not replace frames, windows or doors. We have partners for this who use our service. Because of this we know the quality of these companies and we can recommend them. Every company has its strengths. We know this one.
